Three-Car Crash Shuts Road for Seven Hours

A nasty three-vehicle smash involving a silver Volvo, a red Land Rover, and a black Volkswagen Golf brought traffic to a halt around 11:50 a.m. BST on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
Casualties Taken to Hospital
- A man and woman were rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with injuries.
- Another man received treatment at Dr Gray’s Hospital.
Road Closed for Hours
The crash forced a full road closure for nearly seven hours, only reopening at 7:20 p.m., causing major disruption for commuters.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
“Our investigations into the cause of this crash are ongoing,” said Sergeant Geoff Smart. “I’m asking anyone who saw the collision and hasn’t spoken to officers to get in touch. Dashcam footage could be crucial.”
