A 15-year-old girl has died after a shocking three-vehicle smash on the A355 in Beaconsfield. The horror crash unfolded just after 9:20pm on Friday, March 13, 2026.
Deadly Smash Involving Two Cars and a Bike
The collision involved a white Toyota Yaris, a grey Toyota Hilux, and a motorbike, blocking both sides of Amersham Road between Beaconsfield Eastern Relief Road and Ledborough Lane.
Tragically, the teenage girl riding as a passenger on the motorbike died at the scene. Her heartbroken family have been informed and is receiving support from the police.
Three Teens Held Over Fatal Crash
- The motorbike rider, a 16-year-old boy from Beaconsfield, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
- Two more teens, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl from High Wycombe, were also arrested on the same charge. They were nearby on another bike.
- All three remain in police custody as inquiries continue.
Police Probe and Call for Witnesses
Thames Valley Police have referred the case to the Independent Office for Police Conduct. This came after a police car was spotted near the crash, but was not using blue lights. The watchdog will conduct an independent review.
DS Oliver Cahill-Smith from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “Firstly, I would like to share my sincere condolences with the family of the girl who has sadly died as a result of this collision.”
“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to please get in touch. Anyone driving near the scene before the crash is asked to check their dash-cam footage—it could be crucial to our investigation.”
