Isle of Wight lifeboat assist broken down inflatable near Portsmouth
The Independent lifeboat Ryde Inshore Rescue have assisted a broken down RIB at the entrance to Langstone Harbour in Portsmouth this morning (Saturday). The UK Coastguard requested the assistants of the lifeboat to reports that a small rigid inflatable boat had broken down. Crew oboard the quickly establish a tow, taking the casualty vessel and its occupants to a yacht club slipway. Once the causalty Vessel was safely recovered the crew popped in to Portsmouth RNLI for a coffee.
