Private Hire Driver Jailed For Being Part Of Merseyside Cocaine Dealing Organised Crime Syndicate

A man who used his cab to transport drugs has become the latest man in Merseyside to be jailed in connection with an international operation targeting criminals who used a mobile encryption service to try to evade detection.

Shaun Done, 25, of Huyton, was sentenced to seven years, nine months in prison at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday 24 February. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to supply cannabis and conspiracy to acquire/use/possess criminal property.
