Sick and Wicked scumbag target family whilst Isle of Wight mum of one fights for her life
Sick and wicked those are the words of the family who are carrying out a bedside vigil on Becky Wall who was involved in a hit and run on the Isle of Wight. Sick fraudsters have been creating fake Facebook profiles as Alex Blundell asking for people to send Amazon gift cards to help the family. The go fund me page is doing well and people are being asked to be mindful of any approaches. A number of unscrupulous people have made profiles claiming to represent the family. Alexander Blundell said:”THIS IS NOT ME. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER DIRECTLY MESSAGE PEOPLE FOR DONATIONS OR GIFT CARDS.” Apart from this being sick and heartless, this is criminal fraud, getting funds by deception. Police are still hunting for the pair of occupants of the BMW fled the scene where 1 person has been taken to Southampton General Hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries.
