Sussex Roads Police earlier had to close one lane of the A27 due to large diesel spillage
Police had to close one lane Westbound between Coldean and Hollingbury.
It is currently unknown how the spillage occurred but Highways Agency was quickly dispatched to the incident where they later cleared the spillage and soon reopened the road it is understood no one was injured in the incident.
