Emergency Services Rush to marlow/">Little Marlow After Light Plane Crash

Emergency crews from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue dashed to the scene after a light aircraft crash in Little Marlow on Sunday afternoon.

Police, fire teams, paramedics, and a specialist HART unit were scrambled to the King’s Head pub on Church Road at around 4:05pm following reports of a twin-wing plane going down.

Crash Details Still Unclear

It remains unknown whether the plane was attempting to land or suffered a fault shortly after taking off from nearby White Waltham or Booker airfield.

Multiple Fire Crews Called In

  • Fire teams from Slough, Marlow, Maidenhead
  • Rescue unit from Reading’s Dee Road

All have joined forces to handle the incident.

Police Statement Pending

Thames Valley Police have been approached for a statement but have yet to comment.
