Father Charged with Murder of Baby Daughter in Devizes Tragedy
Samuel Warnock Arrested and Charged
Samuel Warnock, 28, formerly of Cornfield Road, Devizes, was arrested on May 3rd and charged with murder today. The heartbreaking case involves his three-month-old daughter, Miyah Warnock.
Baby Taken to Hospital Following Emergency Call
Miyah was rushed to Bristol Children’s Hospital on September 20, 2021, after police responded to medical concerns at the family home. Despite treatment, she sadly passed away on October 19, 2021.
Legal Proceedings Underway
Warnock appeared via video link at Salisbury Magistrates Court and has been remanded in custody. He is set to face Winchester Crown Court tomorrow, May 5th, at 10am.
