Brighton’s Seafront Gem Reborn: £26m Hilton Makeover Unveiled
The Hilton Brighton Metropole has emerged from a £26 million facelift with a fresh identity. Now rebranded as DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, this 4-star seafront hotel and conference centre has had a full-on transformation from top to bottom.
Luxury Suites and Stunning Sea Views
The revamp brings a brand-new three-bedroom Presidential Suite and three King Seaview rooms boasting breathtaking vistas of the English Channel. The hotel’s 1890 At The Met Restaurant has been spruced up, alongside 24 meeting and event rooms – the biggest one can host up to 3,000 guests.
Design Inspired by Brighton’s Artistic Flair
Interior designers Atellior took their cues from Brighton’s vibrant art scene and iconic landmarks like the Grade II listed Duke of York Theatre, the UK’s oldest cinema. Expect vintage movie posters, art deco-style lighting, and a colour palette that captures the city’s colourful beach huts and houses with modern pinks, blues, greys, and teals.
