In a coordinated operation, Greater Manchester Police have apprehended three individuals on suspicion of commission, preparation, and instigation of acts of terrorism. The arrests, carried out at three separate locations, involved individuals aged 35, 36, and 51, who were subsequently taken into custody for questioning.
Symbolizing a proactive response to potential threats, the police executed four search warrants across Bolton, Great Lever, Abram, and Hindley areas around 7:30 pm. Officers continue to maintain a presence at the various scenes as inquiries unfold under the auspices of the Terrorism Act 2000.
