Big Bust: Eight Gangsters Jailed for 82 Years Over Massive Cocaine Ring

Eight members of a major organised crime gang have been locked up for a total of 82 years after peddling over 70kg of cocaine across the southwest and beyond. Wiltshire Police’s Serious Organised Crime Unit (SOCU) led the high-stakes takedown.

Ringleaders Warren and Kelroy Allison Slapped with Heavy Sentences

The gang was masterminded by brothers Warren (36) and Kelroy Allison (41), who used encrypted communication networks to run a drug empire worth up to £7 million. After a 12-week trial at Winchester Crown Court, Warren landed a hefty 23-year sentence, while Kelroy was handed 16 and a half years.

Prosecutors revealed the gang operated for nearly five years, buying cocaine in bulk before chopping it into street-level doses.

The Shady Operation: High-Tech, High-Stakes Crime

  • Richard Cowell, 57, drove specially modified cars with secret compartments to courier drugs and cash across the region.
  • Porcia Densley, 38, managed the flow of dirty money, keeping the multi-million-pound business ticking.
  • Albanian nationals Ledian Hoxha and Pjeter Pisha backed a secondary supply line.
  • The gang relied on encrypted messaging apps like EncroChat and SKY ECC to stay one step ahead of cops.

Raids, Seizures, and Arrests: How Police Brought the Gang Down

On 3 November 2020, police stormed a Bristol property, smashing secret compartments to seize 4kg of cocaine worth up to £400,000. Anthony Burke, 34, was arrested on the spot.

In a simultaneous raid in Dagenham, officers nabbed Warren Allison, found carrying two phones linked to their drug network.

Follow-up warrants and covert surveillance uncovered stash houses packed with drugs, cash, and paraphernalia, decimating the gang’s operations.

Sentences for the Entire Crew

  • Warren Allison – 23 years (ringleader)
  • Kelroy Allison – 16.5 years (co-organiser)
  • Richard Cowell – 9 years (drug courier)
  • Porcia Densley – 8 years (finance manager)
  • Anthony Burke – 8 years (receiver/distributor)
  • Ledian Hoxha – 7 years 4 months (supplier)
  • Pjeter Pisha – 6 years 8 months (supplier)
  • Enid Aliko, 28 – 4 years (facilitator for Albanian crime group)

Police: ‘They Thought They Were Untouchable’

“This investigation systematically dismantled a significant drug network operating not just in Wiltshire, but across the southwest region and beyond,” said Detective Constable Matthew Harvey, who led the probe.

“The Allison brothers made millions and fuelled violence and crime. They thought they were untouchable. Today’s sentences prove they are not.”

Luxury Cars and Loud Lifestyles Didn’t Save Them

“Warren Allison flaunted his riches in flashy rides, including a Lamborghini Huracan, Mercedes C63 AMG, and an Audi RS6,” added DC Harvey. “These displays of wealth drew attention from police and public alike.”

“If you spot suspicious behaviour or unexplained wealth, report it—every tip helps us crack down on organised crime.”

What’s Next?

  • Two more linked criminals face sentencing soon.
  • Authorities will continue asset seizures to claw back criminal profits.
  • SOCU will keep a close eye on organised crime in the region.

This landmark conviction slams one of Wiltshire’s biggest coke rings shut. Law enforcement shows it’s dead serious about rooting out drug gangs and putting them behind bars.
