Man Stabbed in Late-Night Altercation on Sevenoaks Way, Orpington

Police have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed during a late-night altercation on Sevenoaks Way, Orpington.

Officers were called to the scene at around midnight on Saturday, 2 August, alongside London Ambulance Service crews and London’s Air Ambulance, following reports of a serious assault.

A man was found with stab wounds and received urgent treatment at the scene before being transported to hospital. His current condition is awaited.

A crime scene remains in place, and forensic officers have been deployed to carry out examinations in the area.

Investigation Ongoing — No Arrests Made

The Metropolitan Police confirmed that no arrests have been made at this early stage. Detectives are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with relevant information to come forward.

A police spokesperson said:
