Emergency services called to man who has climbed up scaffolding two flights up

Officers from the Met are on scene at Harwood Road, SW6 in response to an ongoing incident.  It is understood that a man has climbed up two flights of scaffolding and he is now refusing to come down.

Firefighters from the London service and  Paramedics from the London ambulance service have also been scrambled to the ongoing incident.

A number of road closures and cordons are in place.
