Engineers Rush to Fix Complex Damage

An Openreach spokesperson confirmed engineers are already on-site, battling to restore services. They warned the repair is a “complex fix that may take some time to fully recover.”

“We understand how frustrating this must be for those affected, and we will do everything we can to prioritise fixes for vulnerable customers and critical local services.”

They promised to provide temporary connections wherever possible while repairs continue.
