Ahmad, from Gheluvelt Avenue, was convicted at Worcester Crown Court on 26 February for dealing cocaine through a county lines operation. He received a prison sentence of three years and nine months for the offence.
But the sentence didn’t stop there. Ahmad’s previously suspended sentence for cocaine supply was activated, adding another 17 months behind bars. That brings his total time inside to five years and two months.
Crackdown on Drugs in Kidderminster
Detective Constable Kane Baker of North Worcestershire Proactive CID said:
“We’re pleased this dealer is off the streets. Ahmad pushed cocaine into Kidderminster and the surrounding areas, causing real harm to our communities.”
“Drug crime isn’t just about the drugs. It fuels other offences like shoplifting, burglary, and antisocial behaviour.”
“We’ll keep hitting these deal lines hard and rely on community intelligence to help us.”
