Woman slashed across the face in sleepy Eynsford Villiage

Police are seeking witnesses after a woman in her 40s was slashed across her face, hands and back with a knife near the Malt Shovel on Station Road in Eynsford at around 9:30pm Monday evening. She was taken to a London hospital. A man (42) from Sevenoaks was later arrested for suspected assault.
