A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 12:48 hrs on Tuesday, 25 June to reports of a man taken ill at Kensington High Street, W8. Officers, the London Ambulance Service, and the London Fire Brigade attended. At the scene, a man, aged 40, had collapsed and had sadly died at the scene. Enquiries are underway to notify next of kin. At this stage, the death is being treated as unexpected but is not thought to be suspicious. A file will be prepared for the Coroner.”
