Police were called to Blackborne Road, Dagenham, at approximately 2:03 PM on Friday 22nd June 2024 following reports of a stabbing incident.
Upon arrival, officers, accompanied by the London Ambulance Service (LAS), found a man in his 20s with a stab wound to his hand. He was promptly taken to the hospital, where his injuries were assessed as not life-changing or life-threatening.
Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in custody. A knife has been recovered by the officers at the scene.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Kent Police is appealing for the public’s help in trying to locate a man missing from Tonbridge" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-monitor-id="28257">Police stated, “Police were called to Blackborne Road, Dagenham at about 14:03 hrs on Friday, 21 June following reports that a man had been stabbed. Officers attended alongside LAS. A man aged in his 20s was found with a stab wound to the hand. He was taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.”
The spokesperson further added, “Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident. They were taken into custody where they remain. A knife has been recovered by officers. Enquiries are ongoing.”
