Police have launched an appeal for information after a man was stabbed in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, on Monday evening. West Midlands Police said officers were called to the scene just before 6pm following reports of a stabbing at the junction of Grantham Road and Palmerston Road. “We’re appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who may have dashcam or doorbell footage from around the time of the incident, to get in touch,” the force added. Anyone with information is asked to contact West Midlands Police via Live Chat on the force website or by calling 101, quoting incident number 20/XXXXX/25. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Further updates are expected as the investigation continues.
