Man Found Dead in Totton Asda Car Park – Police Launch Probe

Police have launched a serious investigation after a man was found dead in the early hours at Totton Asda’s car park. Emergency services rushed to the scene, but despite South Central Ambulance paramedics’ efforts, the man was pronounced dead on the spot.

Forensics Swarm Scene as Mystery Death Unfolds

A white tent remains pitched in the car park while Major Crime detectives dig into the deadly incident. The victim, a local man in his 40s, was discovered at 2.20am on Maynard Road.

Forensic officers in suits are meticulously combing the large cordoned-off area for clues. Hampshire Police confirmed the investigation is ongoing, and the death is being treated as unexplained.

Asda Open Despite Police Cordon

The Asda store resumed business as usual at 7am, with customers still able to access the car park. However, the police cordon remains firmly in place as detectives continue hunting for answers.
