Police Officer Injured in Bottle Attack Near Buckingham Palace Man Arrested

A police officer was injured after being struck in the face with a bottle during an aggressive incident near Buckingham Palace earlier this month. The attack occurred at around 6pm on Tuesday, March 18 on Buckingham Palace Road, prompting a swift response from British Transport Police (BTP).

Man Acting Aggressively with Bottle

According to a BTP spokesperson, officers approached a man in his 30s who was reported to be acting aggressively and waving an empty alcohol bottle near the palace.
