A house fire in Thetford claimed the life of an 18-year-old man.
On Sunday evening, a fire broke out at a home on Staniforth Road.
Four people were taken to West Suffolk Hospital, including the deceased 18-year-old man.
Two more people were taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation, and a third was released at the scene.
Police and firefighters are conducting a joint investigation into the events that led up to the incident.
The police are looking for witnesses to the fire, which started at 7.30 p.m.
