A woman and a teenage girl have been taken to hospital after a double-stabbing in Erith, prompting an urgent police manhunt for two suspects.

Emergency services were called to The Nursery at around 3:00pm following reports of the incident. Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance Service crews responded to the scene, where they found a 47-year-old woman and an 18-year-old girl suffering from knife injuries.

Both victims were treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital. Their current conditions remain unknown.

Urgent Manhunt Underway

The Met Police has confirmed that two suspects are being sought in connection with the attack. As of Sunday evening, no arrests have been made, and officers say “urgent enquiries” are ongoing to locate those responsible.

A forensic cordon remains in place at The Nursery, with uniformed officers seen conducting door-to-door enquiries and reviewing local CCTV.
