A 78-year-old woman has sadly died following a medical emergency on Hatfield Road, Dagenham, near Hedgemans Road. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. on October 30, prompting a swift response from the London Ambulance Service and Metropolitan Police.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.53 p.m. to reports of a medical incident in Hatfield Road, Dagenham. Our crews assisted our emergency services partners at the scene. Sadly, despite their best efforts, a woman died at the scene.”
