Marc, aged 51, died in hospital on 29 January 2020, almost a month after he was run over by his car during an incident just before 3am on Sunday, 29 December 2019 in Peareswood Road in Erith.
Errol Woodger, 37 (18.12.86) of Mottisfont Road, SE2, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 June charged with murder.
Woodger has also been charged with robbery concerning the incident on 29 December 2019.
