An accidental fire in a Chatham residence was triggered by a fallen candle that ignited a clothes air dryer, resulting in clothing catching fire. The incident occurred in a home on Salisbury Road, prompting the response of two fire engines and the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb).
