Emergency services called to Ventnor

Emergency services have been called to Hambrough House on Albert street in Ventnor. An ambulance from Isle of Wight Ambulance service and officers from hampshire constabulary were called to the address just before 3pm on sunday. Emergency crews rushed to the property under blue lights and still remain. One person has been taken from the property and rushed under blue light police escort to St Marys Hospital in Newport. A number of officers are believed to have traveled in the ambulance with the vulnerable person. A police source has said they have attended a medical emergency.
