Family of Missing Teenager Jay Slater Provides Update on Fundraising Efforts

Debbie Duncan, the mother of missing teenager Jay Slater, has shared an update through the GoFundMe page “Get Jay Slater Home.” The fundraising campaign, which has raised £35,000, aims to support the ongoing search for Jay.

According to Duncan, the family is collaborating with GoFundMe to withdraw a portion of the funds.

These funds will be used to cover accommodation and food expenses while the family is in Tenerife assisting with the search. Additionally, they plan to fly other supporters to the island to provide mutual support during this challenging time.

Despite the difficulties, Duncan remains hopeful that Jay will be found, underlining the tireless efforts of mountain rescue teams in the search.
