Alex Fullard, 31, has been slammed with 21 years behind bars plus eight on licence for a sickening spree of sexual abuse against three young children. The vile offender, held at HMP Hull, will also face a lifetime on the Sex Offenders Register and an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order after his conviction at Hull Crown Court on Monday, 20 October 2025.
Disturbing List of Charges
Fullard pleaded guilty to 15 horrific offences, including:
- Five counts of child rape under 13
- Three counts of rape
- Three counts of attempted rape of a child under 13
- Two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13 by touching
- Sexual assault of a child under 13
- Causing and inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity
How the Case Unfolded
Fullard first came under police scrutiny in 2021 after two women reported enduring rapes and assaults from childhood through adulthood. The ordeal was so traumatic, the women initially withdrew from the investigation but were supported by specialist agencies and encouraged to come forward when ready.

A third victim’s December 2023 revelation finally led to Fullard’s arrest at his home. During questioning, he made incriminating admissions, reigniting the probe and reconnecting with the initial complainants.
“We urge any child suffering abuse, or anyone suspecting such crimes, to speak to a trusted adult and report it to us when ready. We take all reports seriously and are committed to bringing offenders like Fullard to justice.”
