Crash Closes M25 Anti-Clockwise Between Junctions 5 and 4

The M25 faced chaos late Monday night as a multi-vehicle crash forced a full closure on the anti-clockwise carriageway between Junction 5 (M26, A21) and Junction 4 (Bromley).

Emergency Services Rush In

Kent Police and the fire service were quick to attend the scene following reports by National Highways shortly after 10pm on December 1. Recovery efforts were underway, with a diversion road in place as queues built.

Road Reopened, Delays Easing

After an arduous clean-up, the M25 anti-clockwise reopened around 11.20pm. National Highways confirmed delays were clearing well, but the crash had caused major disruption on one of the UK’s busiest motorways.

Unknown Extent of Damage and Injuries

Details remain scarce on the number of vehicles involved or if anyone was hurt in the smash. Emergency teams worked through the night to restore traffic flow and investigate the cause.
