A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 21-year-old woman in Glen Lee, East Kilbride.
The body of Phoenix Spencer-Horn, described as a vibrant young woman, was discovered in a flat on Glen Lee at approximately 12:10 pm on Monday, November 18, 2024. Her family has been informed and is being supported by authorities.
Investigation and Charges
Police confirmed that the arrested man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
