In a startling incident early Monday morning, a man in his 20s was shot near the bustling Portobello Road Market in Notting Hill, West London. Metropolitan Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="97391">Metropolitan Police officers responded to the scene on Clydesdale Road, a stone’s throw from the popular tourist destination, after receiving a call just after 2 am.

Upon arrival, the police found the young man suffering from gunshot injuries. He was promptly taken to a West London hospital for treatment. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the injuries were not life-threatening, and the victim’s next of kin have been informed of the incident.
