Officers from the Met police have cordoned off a large area of Walworth Road at the junction with Boundary Lane and Albany Road after a man is attacked with a bottle in the early hours of Sunday morning. Following the attack took place in the early hours of this morning. A spokesman for the Met Police said:Police were called at around 05:00hrs on Sunday, 13 November, to a disturbance in Camberwell Road, SE5. Officers attended the location and found a man, aged in his 20s, who had sustained cuts having reportedly been struck with a bottle. He was taken to hospital where his condition has been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing. There has been no arrest.
