The Counter Terrorism Command of the Metropolitan Police is urging individuals in the United Kingdom who have direct evidence related to the recent terrorist attacks in southern Israel to come forward and provide information to the authorities. The attacks began on Saturday, 7 October and extended over the following days, resulting in casualties, including UK nationals who have been reported missing or killed.
Specialist officers are closely coordinating with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) to act on any information received regarding UK nationals involved in the attacks. Family liaison officers from various UK police forces are offering support to the affected families, and UK authorities are also involved in facilitating the repatriation of loved ones back to the UK.
