Schoolboy Fighting for his life after Incident in Topman Store in Reading

A School Boy has been rushed to Hospital from busy shopping centre in Reading following serious injuries. The boy remains in a serious life threatening condition. He has been taken to the Royal Berks Hospital in Reading and is under going emergency surgery. It is understood that the incident happened in the Topman Store with the Shopping centre. This has now been closed and a number of Police officers can be seen in the store talking to staff. A spokeswoman for South Central Ambulance Service said: ” We received the call at 4.12pm to reports of a 12-year-old boy who was suffering a serious medical emergency. “He was in a life-threatening condition. “We sent three ambulances and two officers in a rapid response vehicle. “After treatment at the scene he was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital still in a life-threatening condition.”
