Four Men Ran High-Tech Car Cloning Scam

The gang used fake paperwork and cloned vehicle identities to fence stolen motors to unsuspecting dealers. Phones seized from the suspects revealed a treasure trove of messages about car models, prices, forged V5C documents, and photos of stolen luxury cars hidden in a secret workshop.
