Police Urge Public to Identify Woman Seen on CCTV
Detectives have released new CCTV images featuring a woman they want to speak with urgently. Detective Sergeant Lee Hearne said:
“This was a serious and unprovoked attack on a young woman out with her friends in our city centre. Everyone should be able to go out and feel safe without fearing such violence.”
“We are appealing for the woman shown in this CCTV footage, or anyone who recognises her, to come forward as they could have vital information.”
“If you were at Baa Barr around 1.30am on Sunday and saw anything, please contact us immediately. Even weeks later, your information could be crucial.”
