A man who attacked another man and left him with significant facial injuries after randomly targeting him and his daughter as they tried to leave work has been jailed – UKNIP

Afeez Adeyemi, 58, of The Broadway, Woking, was sentenced after pleading guilty to causing grievous bodily harm following the unprovoked assault, which took place near the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) fast food chain in Woking in the early hours of 16 January 2022.

The victim was preparing to drive home on his scooter from KFC when Adeyemi approached him, visibly drunk, and began insulting him. The victim’s daughter was also leaving KFC after finishing work when Adeyemi also began insulting her and grabbed her arm.
