PC Chris Lee, who is attached to the Central West Command Unit, was charged by postal requisition on Monday, 28 November and is due to attend Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 29 December. The offence is alleged to have happened in November 2021 when PC Lee was off duty. The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards has been informed and PC Lee has been suspended.
