It follows three reports made to Kent Police regarding sheds being broken into in Charing Heath during the evening of Sunday 13 February 2022 where items including a pressure washer were stolen. Johnny Collins, 21, of Wind Hill, Ashford, was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary on Tuesday 1 March following an investigation by the Chief Constable’s Crime Squad. He was also charged with the theft of hot tub from a store in Sevington on Wednesday 9 February. He was remanded in custody to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 2 March.
