Officers from Folkestone and Hythe’s Victim Based Crime Team arrested and charged Jasmine Fitzpatrick, 28, of no fixed abode, with five counts of shoplifting from supermarkets between Wednesday 27 September 2023 and Sunday 26 November.

She was further charged with a public order offence and with assaulting an officer by spitting in relation to a disturbance on Monday 27 November in Earls Avenue.
