Mason Reynolds, an 18-year-old resident of Moulsecoomb Way, has been charged with 11 terrorism-related offenses, according to counter-terrorism police. Reynolds was arrested on June 27 and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later today.
The charges brought against Reynolds are connected to an “extreme right-wing ideology,” as stated by the Counter Terrorism Policing South East unit. Among the charges are five counts of collecting information that could be useful to a person preparing or committing an act of terrorism.
Additionally, Reynolds faces five counts of disseminating terrorist publications, emphasizing the significance of his alleged involvement in propagating extremist material. Furthermore, he has been charged with possessing an article for the purpose of terrorism.
