Chichester man Stuart Hope-Kirk charged in connection with grooming a child
A Chichester man has been charged with inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity. Police received a report on Wednesday evening that a Hope-Kirk had been attempting to incite a child into sexual activity online and were called to attend Spitalfield Lane, Chichester. Stuart Hope-Kirk, 54, from Chichester has been charged with inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity and has been remanded in custody to appear in Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Friday (August 18).
