The family of Fiona Holm, who has been missing for a year, described her as “funny and caring” but said she “trusted too much.” Fiona’s sister, Elise Skillen, and other family members gave emotional testimony at the trial of Carl Cooper, 66, who is accused of murdering 48-year-old Fiona and 41-year-old Naomi Hunte.

Fiona Holm was last seen on the evening of June 20, 2023. Carl Cooper, who is currently on trial, is accused of murdering Fiona as well as Naomi Hunte, who was found stabbed to death in her Woolwich flat in February 2022.
