Lejunae Wood, 42, from Wuppertal, Germany, was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Thursday. By Friday, he was charged with the murder of his daughter, Leajunne Wood.
Tragic Timeline: From Infant Injury to Teenage Death
The alarm bells first rang back in December 2007 in Hayes, west London. Back then, baby Leajunne was just four months old when she suffered life-changing injuries. The Metropolitan Police confirmed these injuries were severe.
Leajunne bravely battled complications over the years but tragically died on December 6, 2021, aged just 14.

Pathologist reports from 2023 revealed the heartbreaking truth: Leajunne died due to complications from a severe head injury.
