Jenna Bispham, aged 28, of Paxton Avenue, Folkestone, was sentenced on 26 January 2022 at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court. She pleaded guilty to driving above the legal drug-drive limit and possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Folkestone, on 25 July 2021. When stopped she gave a reading of 2.7 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 2 microgrammes. She also gave a reading greater than 200 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine. The legal limit is 50 microgrammes. She was disqualified from driving for a total of 3 years and fined £50. She was also ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and pay £95 surcharge and costs of £85.
