Jailed Sex Offender released Lives 200 Meters from Portsmouth School
A dangerous pervert who was jailed for downloading & distributing images & movies of child sexual abuse is NOW living just 200 METRES from an infant school in the Stamshaw area of Portsmouth we can reveal. In 2014, the court heard that Lloyd Butler distributed indecent images & movies, some of which showed children being raped or tortured to other paedophiles online. Butler served time in Broadmoor Hospital, but was released after serving just 18 months of his three year sentence. Other allegations including rape have been made against Butler in the past, but did not result in a conviction due to lack of evidence. Lloyd Butler, known as Oz to his friends, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Crown Court and was sentenced to jail by Judge Advocate Robert Hill. Butler’s crimes came to light when a friend was looking on a laptop for deleted photographs. The computer was given to the friend by Butler. Butler, was arrested for downloading and distributing images of child abuse. Officers found evidence of 24 films and 1,461 pictures. Butler was jailed for three years and two months and has to register as a sex offender. Butler poses a serious risk to children
