A 79-year-old man from East Sussex faces charges for multiple assaults dating back to the 1980s and 1990s.
David McIntosh, residing on Eastbourne Road in Halland, close to Uckfield, has been formally charged with two counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14 years old and two counts of indecent assault on a woman above 16 years of age.
Specialist officers will provide ongoing support to the victim during the court proceedings.
McIntosh has been released on bail under stringent conditions and is scheduled to appear at Hastings Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 29.
