West Midlands Police say they have arrested and charged a man with firearms offences after carrying out a warrant at an address in Birmingham.
Logan Turner, aged 28, was set to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Nov 28). He is charged with two counts of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and two counts of possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life.
He has also been charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of criminal property – a quantity of cash.
The Forces gangs team carried out the arrest yesterday (Nov 27) after we conducted a firearms warrant at an address in Handsworth.
It’s part of Operation Target sees us taking a defiant stand against a range of serious and organised crime offences – from drug dealing and burglary to cybercrime and fraud.
Officers will be using local intelligence, seizing goods, carrying out warrants and targeting offenders as part of Op Target’s ongoing crackdown against serious and organised crime.
