A man will appear before magistrates tomorrow charged with the manslaughter of a victim in Huddersfield.
Ryan Patient (24) of Leeds Road, Huddersfield, will appear before the morning session of Leeds Magistrates Court on July 19.
He has been charged with the manslaughter of Jake Rainton (23) in an alleged assault in Huddersfield town centre in the early hours of Saturday, July 15.
A 26-year-old man who was also arrested in connection with the incident has been released under investigation.
Enquiries into the assault remain ongoing by the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.
